21' Handybilly

Hey ya'll,
Someone had mentioned through here about 21 foot "Handybilly".... I have found a few sites about "Handybilly".. Very beautifully designed boat... It seem that I could not find any sources for plans or blueprints...  It is designed by Harry Bryan at William Hnad's work... Anyone know where to find it? I have attached several photos from the site at http://www.goldenpondclassicboats.com/handybilly.html ............

  3. I am in the middle (starting the fairing of the hull) of building a Chaplle design - 21 foot fishermans launch . See page 393 of "Boatbuilding" . The plans came from the Smithsonian. It is very similar to William Hand's boat. His went faster than mine will as Chapelle calls for a one lung Diesel for power. So I have a Sabb (one lung, hand crank) in the garage waiting patiently.
