I did a new photo album on my personal site. 1) How do I transfer the album to WBB? 2) Once it is on WBB, how do I add and edit photos?

1) You can not transfer the album to WB. The photos would need to be uploaded to a photo album with in the WBB Group site. The process is the same as uploading them to your personal site. Or you can use "post" at the top of your Screen, and select the type of post under WB.
2) At the bottom left of the album there should be an "edit" link and an "add photos" link.
3) Or share them from anywhere to anywhere: There is a share button (bottom right of the album and the individual photos). Click that and choose how you want to display it or where you want to share it. Cut and paste the code into the blog, notes, or comments.

That one is s a migrated photo album. Owned by your former msn-self. You need to create a new one. We can keep that one or re-upload the photos.
