Hey Kruez, Devoting space to Glass Classics is fine with me. My only question is: What defines or designates a classic? Is it just age or are there other considerations? Just wondering. Rick
Classic Glass is really defined as the Fiberglass boats from the 50's and 60's. Some of the early 70's boats are pretty cool too. When Fiberglass was on the way in and the wooden boats were thought to be on the way out (50's). The style of the boats were following the Cars of the day. Wings in the back and the bullnose bow. Even Chris-Craft created the Cobra which was a wooden boat with a glass topside. The Antique and Classic Boat Society defines classic boats as "A boat built between 1943 and 1968.
