How was everybody's summer?

Do anything worth sharing with the group?

Hope you had a pleasant boating season.

  1. Kruez   Nothing much up here other than moving to a new house.  Not really fun....  but I did finish the filets on the sailboat hull last night - now just got to sand the interior hull and I can prime and paint in preperation for fitting the deck and seats...   Andy

  3. Here is what I did all summer.  You guys have seen a few pictures as it has progressed.  Duck hunting opener is Saturday morning, I have had it out for a coule of test runs, working out the bugs.  With all the exictment of the opener, I generally have trouble sleeping the night before, with two new boats to use, figure I will probably not be able to sleep starting Wednesday.

Glad you are enjoying your craft.   Wildie, Them some good looking boats you've got there. I will have to post that pick on the pic of the month page. 5. Kruez:   Too cold to prime this week, up here in NW Wisc. the day temps have been in the 40's and 50's.  We are supposed to get up in the 70's next week - if not, I will have to put a heater in the garage.  Right now I am sorting through my lumber piles searching for some old (!) white pine true 2x4's that I have been saving (somewhere) for the deck framing - not quite sure what I did with them....  lol   Andy

  7. CONFIDENCE KRUEZ, CONFIDENCE!!!   P.s.  Unfortunately, where I live I only get a few tv stations and I can't afford satellite at this time so I am relegated to listening on the radio as I work on my boat...  Could be worse I guess...
