But right now I got aproblem. I can't install the upload program to uplaod my new pics. Any suggestions?

Absolutely... Count me in... I'm already there... AS for the upload program... The quick fix is to scroll down a bit further and sellect add one photo at a time . I somehow lost the ability to Install the MSN Photo Upload Control as well. That ability did not return until I rebuilt my PC.. Most of the pics I have loaded on this site were uploaded one at a time. I am certain that will work for you. Cant wait to see the pics... Congrats on your launch. Did you crash a bottle accross the bow? -Kruez-
